SHIPPING

Your order will be delivered to the address you provide. The shipment will be by means of an external courier delivery service. Your documents will be sent properly. You will receive a notification from "Path-Translations" when your order is shipped with your tracking number. The standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days for national shipments that run from the completion of the payment, for international shipments the delivery time depends on the destination, so it will be agreed at the time of contracting the service. In the case of bank deposit, the delivery time is taken into account from the moment the payment is made and the email is notified to info@pathtraducciones.com

The courier service used will be specified in the shipping confirmation email. Your tracking order number will be notified to you by email. If you received our shipping notification and you have not received your order after the stipulated time, please contact us by email at: info@pathtraducciones.com within a period of no more than 48 hours after the waiting time has expired. of the shipment will be indicated in the quotation of the service.

BILLING

Users may request the issuance of their CFDI electronic invoice (.xml and .pdf files) duly sealed no later than 30 calendar days after payment of the services. To do so, the user must send an email to the address info@pathtraducciones.com with the billing information: (i) name, denomination or company name, (ii) tax address, (iii) Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC) , (iv) email and (v) receipt / proof of payment for the Services.

Prices do not include VAT, when requesting an invoice, the client must pay the corresponding tax. If it is not requested immediately, there will be 7 calendar days to request it.

MODIFICATIONS

"Path-translations" may update these Terms and Conditions at any time and any changes will be notified through the appropriate announcement on the Site.
