COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In the provision of services related to its commercial purpose, Path-Translations collects and uses your personal data for the fulfillment of the following purposes:

Depending on the service provided, act or business requested and what further information and documentation is required, it will be treated in a responsible and confidential manner.
PURPOSE WITH WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE COLLECTED AND USED
Your personal data will be collected and used for the purposes of (i) sending information, brochures, magazines and news of a legal nature or on topics that PATH considers may be of interest to you, as well as news, communications or advertising related to PATH ( ii) sending to events related to legal, cultural or social issues in which PATH participates; (iii) hold meetings and conversations and carry out those activities and processes that derive from the relationship between you and PATH, including the sending of legal documents; and (iv) sending notifications regarding modifications to the Notice.
DOCUMENTATION AND SENSITIVE DATA
PATH-Traducciones will collect and process private and / or sensitive documentation necessary or convenient for the purposes of providing the requested services. All sensitive information collected in any format or presentation will be kept and treated with strict security and confidentiality for purposes related to the provision of Professional Translation and Interpretation services, in accordance with this privacy notice and the applicable legislation, regulations and regulations. Once the work stipulated in the service is completed, PATH-Traducciones undertakes to destroy and eliminate any physical and / or digital copy of all documentation and / or information of a sensitive nature collected during the provision of the stipulated services. PATH-Traducciones will not keep, disclose, transfer or alter any document or private information of the individual and / or third parties related to it that has been used as the object of the services it provides, unless expressly requested and authorized by the same.
The stipulated use within the framework of the services provided by PATH-Traducciones of any document or information of a sensitive nature by the company and / or any of its subsidiaries and / or associates will be subject to the rules established by the Federal Protection Law. of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and to the provisions requested and stipulated by the owner thereof.
For the protection of personal data in the possession of third parties, in the absence of prior written consent from the client (applicant) in the form of a service provision contract, purchase order, written request (Signed by Manager or Department Head) or Any other document that protects it, PATH-Traducciones must remove it from publication and from the hands of unauthorized third parties and that contains sensitive or derived information from the client or applicant in order to protect their personal data.
EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION
You have the right to (i) access your personal data that we have and the details of their treatment; (ii) rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete; (iii) cancel your personal data when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in the Notice, they are being used for non-consensual purposes or the contractual or service relationship has ended; or (iv) oppose the processing of your personal data for specific purposes (hereinafter jointly, the "ARCO Rights").
The mechanisms that have been implemented for the exercise of ARCO Rights are through the presentation of the respective request (i) through the PATH Mail, according to the following:
1. Your request must contain the following information: (i) the full name and address of the owner of the personal data, your email or other means to communicate the response to your request; (ii) the documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner; and (iii) the clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the ARCO Rights.
2. Within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days we will respond to your request and inform you free of charge about the origin of the same, in the terms of article 35 of the Law, through a notification to the owner of the personal data to your (i) address; or (ii) email. If your request is appropriate, it must be made effective within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) business days from the date on which the response to it is communicated.
REVOCATION OF CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
At any time, you may revoke the consent you have given to PATH for the processing of your personal data, so that we stop using them.
Your request must be submitted through the PATH Mail, your request must be accompanied by the following information: (i) the full name and address of the owner of the personal data, your email or other means to communicate the response to your request; (ii) the documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner; and (iii) the clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which it is sought to revoke the consent that has been granted to PATH for the treatment thereof.

Navigation on our Internet portal does not require the disclosure of any personal data, however, only certain data may be provided voluntarily when using the service in our contact form: When you contact us through the contact form that appears on our website, you will be asked to enter: Name, email address, subject and the information of the service you are requesting.
